So. This is what I've been wasting most of my time with for the past few days - a mood theme! I don't think there were any full FE mood themes (though I could be wrong), so I went ahead and made one using the various fan art I found while scouring the web.

Notes/disclaimers etc. (please read):
  • I did not create any of the fan art used in the mood theme. The fan art was found on various websites, including but not limited to: pixiv, japanese fansites, links and posts on forums, photobucket, and DA. If your art is here and you want me to take it down, please comment and I will do so!
  • If you'd like to see any of the original pictures, comment and I'll link you to it.
  • It is not necessary to credit me or ask for permission to use the theme. Go ahead and download it. ♥
Installation
There's an excellent tutorial here on installing mood themes via LJ's console.

(I would post this to one of those mood theme comms, but. ... I'm too scared.)

Also, can you direct me to the Bastian art? I think I've seen it before but I'm not sure. I love Bastian~

And is there a tutorial somewhere about how I can my a mood theme on my own? I would love to try to make one for Sacred Stones~

Hmm, the Bastian art is this one (http://i1127.photobucket.com/albums/l635/prof_tammi/fe9_bastianchess.jpg), right? Though I wouldn't be surprised if you had already seen it. It's a really gorgeous piece of art and I saw it posted all over the place while searching for pictures. :)

As for tutorials, I didn't actually use one myself, but there are some helpful hints/tips here (http://motoredxheart.livejournal.com/47281.html). But most of it is just finding the right picture, resizing it, picking out the specific part you want, and copypasting that part onto a new layer of some kind of "template" file (since I'm using Photoshop, I'm really only referring to a .psd file of the same size as each mood with a border layer at the top - but I don't really know if there's a better word for this kind of thing). ... if that makes any sense.

The size I used for this mood theme was 80x40 pixels per mood, but I think something slightly larger might work a bit better. Maybe 80x50. Um. But it's your choice.

I'd love to see a Magvel mood theme, though! Good luck! (If there's anything you don't understand, go ahead and ask. I'm really not very good at explaining things. orz)
